You can avail of refunds or replacements only if:
1. The received product is damaged or expired, You are free to raise a return/replacement request within 02 days from the date of delivery if the product is damaged/expired
2. The wrong shipment is delivered to you, You are free to raise a return/replacement request within 07 days from the date of delivery if wrong shipment is delivered.
No request or claim will be entertained if the same is not made within the above-mentioned period. Claims or requests made after that period will be marked as invalid.

Once the return request is registered, We will initiate a reverse pickup and update you within 48-72 hours with the return details via email/sms/call.
Your order will be picked up by our delivery partner from your doorsteps. Thereafter, our support team will examine the returned order once it is received. If the concerns you mentioned are confirmed, we will initiate the reimbursement process within 7 days.
